Position Summary...

The Senior Manager reports directly to the Director, Item Ethics and Compliance with a mission to determine and support leadership in the development of process efficiencies and delivering the optimal Ethics and Compliance rule outputs to reduce company losses while driving Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) sold across the omnichannel.

The Sr. Manager, Item Setup Ethics and Compliance will manage the day-to-day strategy and execution of Ethics and Compliance related Item Setup and will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, design and remodeling of all Compliance related Item Setup processes inclusive of automation and efficiencies.

What you'll do...

+ Lead and coordinate with a group of subject matter experts focused on Ethics and Compliance Item developmental needs by establishing best practices and monitoring the development of new or enhanced capabilities.

+ Manage a small team

+ Oversee team productivity and effectiveness by leveraging internal and external cross-functional relationships.

+ Develop and implement strategies to develop appropriately sized item setup details.

+ Provide leadership, strategic input, and management of item setup globally across business lines.

+ Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.

What you'll bring...

+ Robust knowledge of retail technologies; inclusive of Global Item Setup, business process architecture, and or technical development roadmaps

+ Business process management and process engineering

+ Lean Six Sigma skillset

+ Experience collaborating cross functionally

+ Bachelor’s degree in business management, Risk Management, or related field and 5 years’ experience in Risk Management, or related area

+ OR 5 years’ experience in derived logic outputs, Item Catalog, Compliance, or related area.

+ Excellent customer service and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
