We’re looking for a Product Manager III who thrives at the intersection of customer empathy, technical fluency, and business strategy. In this role, you’ll lead the development of innovative features that deliver measurable value—leveraging AI to drive smarter, faster, and more personalized solutions.

Responsibilities & Impact:
+ Apply AI and machine learning to enhance product capabilities, automate workflows, and deliver intelligent user experiences.
+ Lead the product development lifecycle (PDLC) for select features—from ideation through launch and iteration.
+ Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into clear documentation and actionable plans.
+ Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
+ Conduct ROI analysis and use data to inform product decisions.
+ Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to drive adoption and deliver value.
+ Evangelize product features internally and externally, co-authoring launch materials and presenting to stakeholders.
+ Monitor KPIs and NPS to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ 1–2 years of experience in product management or a related field.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead feature development through the full PDLC.
+ Experience with backlog management, requirements gathering, and feature testing.
+ Basic analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, NPS, and ROI analysis.
+ Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
+ Enthusiasm for AI and a foundational understanding of how it can be applied to product development.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or working on AI-powered product features.
+ Experience in retail, e-commerce, or international product domains.
+ Familiarity with tools like Jira, Quantum, or Confluence.
+ Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
+ Experience managing ambiguous feature requests and aligning stakeholders on roadmap priorities.
+ A track record of championing innovation and driving adoption of emerging technologies.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 2 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
