    Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

    The Role:

    The Bravo social marketing team is seeking a social media savvy Coordinator who loves unscripted content. This ideal candidate is passionate about social strategy and creative and is well-versed in working with the native social media platforms. They are familiar with the sharing of performance data including both social listening and campaign data.

     

    This individual is experienced in collaborating effectively with internal and external partners. They are proactive and detail-oriented while also understanding the fast pivots of the landscape.

    Responsibilities:

    The Bravo Social Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the social media team in all its social marketing endeavors. Key responsibilities include:

     

    + Gather, organize and schedule content in support of show and brand social goals across all Bravo platforms including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and new/emerging platforms

    + Support day-to-day coverage of our show’s social support throughout the pre-premiere, premiere day and in-season phases from strategy thru execution and performance.

    + Develop and implement social marketing tactics that focus on driving tune-in, awareness, and buzz while also delivering on key social KPIs.

    + Ideate, provide feedback and coordinate social concepts and deliverables that support marketing campaigns across all programming

    + Work directly with the Senior Manager, Social Marketing to analyze and report on social performance and sentiment using various Analytics Tools (i.e. Dash Hudson, Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprout, Listen First)

    + Gather competitive research in the social media space.

    + Partner with the internal Media team to fulfill paid social campaigns: identify, track and execute all needs for show promotion

    + Brainstorm social content opportunities with the Brand teams, ideating and executing for brand as well as talent platforms

    + Create/design assets for channels as needed, keeping within brand guidelines

    + Write and edit compelling social media copy with the purpose of engaging the network’s online communities

    + Assist in management of social communities, monitoring and participating in social conversations on behalf of the network to increase viewer engagement

    + Build and maintain relationships, processes and project timelines with internal teams across Creative, Media, Brand, Talent Relations and Communications, as well as with external partners to ensure proper execution of social strategies and business driving priorities

    + Potential opportunity to provide social marketing support across the other NBCU brands

    + Administrative tasks such as scheduling and attending status meetings, updating trackers, asset delivery, note-taking, feedback sharing, troubleshooting, invoice submission and tracking, creative brief development and submission

    Qualifications:

    + Must be willing to work in New York, NY

    + B.A. in Marketing, Entertainment, Arts, Journalism or related field

    + Prior experience in related field (can include internships)

    + Proven experience with MS Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook

    + Proficiency in using social media platforms

    + Familiarity with and passion for entertainment, pop culture, and Bravo

    + Attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

    + Strong understanding of social media landscape and emerging trends

    + Robust written skills and previous copywriting experience

    + Excellent execution and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and creativity

    + Willing to work late nights and weekends as business needs arise

    Additional Requirements:

    + Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary range: $50,000- $60,000.
