    **THE WORK** We are seeking a Sustainment Engineer to join the Information Systems & Innovation \(IS&I\) organization who will be responsible for supporting the development and management of a various development projects\. These projects can include but not limited to IETM \(Integrated Electronic Technical Manual\), Sustainment Digital Twin, and Digital Transformation initiatives\.

    Summary of Role

    • Provide supporting role to technical leadership of software development effort

    • Keep pace with enabling technologies and provide input to technology insertion plans

    • Participate in software reviews, produce schedule, agenda, meeting minutes collection, action items and resolution of action items

    • Produce technical presentations in support of Technical Interchange Meetings \(TIMs\)/guidance conferences, IPT meetings, program reviews, and summits

    • Support all requirements issues related to the project

    • Review/QA all documents

    • Participate in subcontractor staff meetings, produce and distribute meeting minutes

    • Provide project related quality artifacts

    • Submit Weekly project Status Reports

    • Work with project Lead to gather, analyze, and document technical requirements including use cases

    • Contribute to the development of statements of work

    • Maintain a product backlog of team tasks

    • Create executive\-level status reports

    • Identify and act to meet all Legal and Export requirements

    • Work with Technical Lead to ensure compliance with all Lockheed Martin \(LM\) technical requirements

    • Work with Technical Lead to align technical/business objectives with products

    • Prepare test plans, test descriptions, test cases

    • Collect metrics related to quality and performance

    • Participate in regular telcons, Integrated Process Team meetings, and Technical

    Interchange Meetings

    • Own and manage part or all the product backlog in JIRA for the project

    • Provide product demonstrations to stakeholders and own all feedback and resolutions

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent with 2\-5 years of relevant work experience

    • Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle

    • Experience working on an agile software development team applying scrum methodology

    • Hands on experience with an issue management system such as JIRA or equivalent

    • MS Office Proficiency \(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Timeline\)

    • Detail oriented with focus on accuracy, team oriented

    • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience on projects in Web development, mobile application development, cloud architecture

    • Agile Scrum certification a plus

    • Familiarity with Systems Security Engineering and Cyber Security principles

    • Familiarity with mobile devices, applications and/or iOS development technologies

    • Knowledge with full stack Web development

    • Familiarity with any of the following programming languages: HTML5, Angular, NodeJS, C\#, \.NET Framework/Core, SQL

    • Software user interface design a plus

    • Technical writing/IETM user experience a plus

    • Aircraft maintenance experience a plus

    • Ability to acquire US Government Security Clearance

    **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

    **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

    **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $73,400 \- $127,075\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\. **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\. This position is incentive plan eligible\.

    **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 \- $112,470\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\. **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\. \(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\. This position is incentive plan eligible\.
