    Corporate Security Manager – Full Time

    **Rate:** $80,142.40/YR

     

    Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Site Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client site. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

     

    As a Site Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions while providing direction to Lead Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

    Position Requirements:

    + 21 years of age or older.

    + High School Diploma or GED Required.

    + Associate’s degree OR 2 years of honorable military service (Proof of experience required upon on-boarding).

    + Standard computer / technology skills needed.

    + Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

    + Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.

    + Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.

    + Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic.

    + Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication.

    + Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.

    + Must possess a valid driver’s license for state of assignment (WA) and insurable driving record.

    + Must have a reliable means of communication.

    + Must have a reliable means of transportation.

    + Must have 2 years of security, customer service, or hospitality experience - Work experience in the security industry, public service (police, fire), or military is desired.
