Responsible for driving the strategic direction of Product Operations programs. Oversees the efficient implementation and maintenance of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide leadership and guidance to the Product Operations team.
+ Set strategic priorities to advance the departments effectiveness and impact.
+ Act as a strategic liaison with sales, clinical teams, and external partners.
+ Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth opportunities, collaboration, and shared goals.
+ Ensure programs are designed to enhance patient care and maximize operational efficiency.
+ Monitor program performance against strategic objectives and adjust strategies as needed.
+ Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of designated Product Operations programs.
+ Develop, enhance, and maintain efficient operational systems and procedures within the department.
+ Continuously evaluate workflow processes to identify opportunities for optimization and enhanced productivity.
+ Implement and oversee the sales technology tool for multiple departments.
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Master's degree preferred.
Certifications:
+ None required.
Complexity of Work:
+ Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
+ Effective relationship building skills are required.
+ Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
+ Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Work Experience:
+ A minimum of 7 years of professional experience and functionally relevant experience, including 5 years of demonstrated management experience.
+ Offset: Master's degree and 5 years of required experience.
+ Experience as a Benefits Consultant or Director of Employee Benefits or similar preferred.
+ Experience with benefits communications and campaigns preferred.
+ Experience consulting for or selling to Fortune 100 companies preferred.
+ Experience using CRM tools preferred.
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
+ Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
+ In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
Personal Protective Equipment:
+ Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $57.19
Maximum hourly: $91.52
