    We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Medicare Sales and Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the strategic objectives of the Erickson Advantage sales and marketing plan within the community. Serving as the primary point of contact for residents enrolled in the plan, you will provide support with various administrative matters, including claims resolution, premium billing, and enrollment management. You will also work closely with our partners at UnitedHealthcare to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service for all plan members.

    + Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00/year + commission, and eligible for annual bonus

    How you will make an impact

    + Serve as the primary health plan liaison to the community leadership team

    + Serve as the primary sales/marketing liaison to Community staff, including training and follow-up of program sales and marketing objectives

    + Coordinate with staff to identify marketing activities and sales strategies to increase awareness and create enrollment opportunities

    + Conducts sales presentations and arranges for marketing activities within the community

    + Manages inbound calls and walk-in contacts with members, responsible parties, and providers/vendors for the Erickson Advantage Member Services; and Care Coordination Office at the Erickson community and documents all contacts in the CaseTrakker System

    + Acts as a primary resource to health plan members in problem resolution collaborating with the United Healthcare Service Center and other United Healthcare points-of-contact as needed

    + Arranges for order/delivery of medical equipment, supplies, and services as requested by the Community Care Coordinator or the Primary Care Physician

    What you will need

    + Minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience

    + Public speaking experience

    + Customer service experience preferred

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    + Licensed health insurance agent preferred

    + Health license is required within 90 days of employment
