Job Overview
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders (director and VP-level) to align talent strategies with business goals. You’ll lead initiatives in organizational design, employee engagement, and workforce planning—helping shape a high-performing, people-first culture. This position will work full-time out of our Kasota Avenue buliding in St. Paul, but will be moving in the fall to our new Shoreview location support our shared clinical services areas including pharmacy, genetic counseling, emergency medical services, respiratory therapy and more.
Accountabilities:

+ Partner with leaders to optimize team structures and align talent with business goals.
+ Execute smart hiring and retention strategies to build a future-ready workforce.
+ Identify talent gaps and craft proactive plans to meet evolving business needs.
+ Champion leadership growth, career development, and high-performance culture.
+ Advise leaders with data-driven HR insights that fuel strategic decisions.
+ Navigate workforce challenges—performance, conflict, and team dynamics—with confidence.
+ Empower managers with HR expertise, compliance guidance, and best practices.
+ Launch programs that elevate culture, engagement, and employee experience.
+ Lead inclusion and belonging efforts that align with business strategy.
+ Turn employee feedback into action to boost satisfaction and retention.
+ Anticipate HR challenges and deliver forward-thinking solutions.
+ Leverage people analytics to uncover trends and mitigate retention risks.
+ Design HR programs that scale with growth and support employee well-being.
+ Collaborate with HR COEs to deliver seamless, aligned support.
+ Unite HR efforts across functions to drive integrated people strategies.
+ Bridge business needs with impactful, consistent HR solutions.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, related field, or equivalent
+ 5+ years of progressive HR experience (preferably in an HRBP capacity)
+ Strong knowledge and understanding of HR best practices in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management and change management
+ Solid understanding and experience with data to drive insights along with the ability to incorporate data into actions
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while pro-actively keeping stakeholders involved and informed.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree with 3+ years of HR Experience, preferably within an HRBP capacity
+ Experience in healthcare
+ Experience working in union environments
+ Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
+ PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
+ Coaching certification

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
