    What We're Looking For

    + 7+ years of successful nonprofit fundraising experience, including a track record in major gifts, capital campaigns, and/or donor strategy.

    + A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Non-profit Management or a related field is required.

    + A magnetic people-person who builds trust and relationships with ease—someone who can walk into a room and connect with anyone.

    + Experience working with diverse communities, philanthropists, and stakeholders; museum, cultural institution, or Las Vegas donor experience is a bonus.

    + Exceptional communicator—able to move others through compelling writing, confident speaking, and personal storytelling.

    + Supervisory experience and the ability to lead with empathy and vision.

    + Proficiency with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred), donor research tools (DonorSearch, a plus), and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for donor events and community outreach.

    + Passion for creating a world-class museum that is unrivaled in content and recognized for a truly outstanding guest experience

    + Enthusiasm for working in an organization where change is frequent, structure is evolving, and flexibility, teamwork, and good humor are absolute necessities.

     

    Salary: Starting salary range is $100,000, commensurate with experience, with potential for a bonus.
