The Marketing Coordinator – Media Services will support the execution and coordination of marketing and advertising tactics across multiple markets, with a focus on print and out-of-home (OOH) media. This role plays a critical part in managing the logistics, invoicing, and tracking of advertising efforts to ensure alignment with strategic goals and budget accuracy.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in the trafficking of creative materials to media outlets (including newspapers, magazines, print, and billboards), ensuring correct ad sizes are selected and delivered according to publication specifications.
+ Track and organize a high volume of print ads (approximately 12 versions, varying by publication size) using spreadsheets and internal systems under the close supervision of leadership.
+ Serve as a liaison between Novant Health and external publications to manage the timely and accurate delivery of advertising assets.
+ Handle invoicing for media placements, including receiving invoices from external advertising agencies, validating them, and ensuring they are accurately tracked and paced against established budgets.
+ Help develop and maintain dashboards that consolidate reporting across current campaigns to provide visibility into reach and performance metrics by market.
+ Participate in the development of advertising tactics and support execution through coordination, monitoring, and optimization of ongoing campaigns.
+ Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure media placements are aligned with campaign objectives and timelines.
+ Monitor media spend and support the Media Services team’s goal of achieving self-sustainability by year-end.
+ Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the media planning and buying function, including documentation, budget reconciliation, and process tracking.
+ Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance reporting and campaign performance monitoring.
Qualifications
+ Education: Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field, required.
+ Experience: One year Marketing or advertising experience, required. One year Digital and email marketing, preferred.
