Essential duties:

1. Recruit, screen applicants, and extend approved employment offers.

2. Coordinate the recruitment and screening of applicants; extend employment offers and coordinate the processing of all job references and background checks for new employees.

3. Direct recruitment, screening, and selection of qualified applicants with the hiring supervisor.

4. Ensure adequate personnel records are maintained.

**Education and experience requirements** :

+ Associate degree preferred, and one years experience or three years directly related experience may considered in lieu of formal education.

+ Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record unless waived by management.
