The Regional Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned account in support of business objectives to ensure the account’s satisfaction with products and services. This responsibility includes various activities requiring consistent directing, planning, scheduling, and tracking of tasks.    YOUR TASKS

* Plans and directs activities of functional areas, fulfillment, and customer service, ensuring overall team goals, objectives, and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) levels are met

* Assumes overall responsibility for front-end, back-end (fulfillment), and finance operations toward the client for the account

* Prepares cost estimates and develops proposals for all changes requested that affect the account

* Responsible for the implementation of change requests

* Monitors the activity progress and directs fulfillment scheduling to meet the client’s expectations and deadlines

* Responsible for staff-related activities (hiring, staffing, interviewing, skill development, disciplinary activities)

* Responsible for continuous cost reduction, process improvement, and problem resolution

* Coordinates special projects and activities with internal departments and outside vendors and ensures the timely completion of these activities

* Manage and support globally the supply chain logistics for new store openings

* Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and external contractors to confirm delivery timelines and resolve any issues related to shipping or quality

* Coordinate with store design and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of all fixtures, signage, and other store setup elements

* Address and resolve any logistics or supply issues quickly and efficiently to prevent delays.

* Assist in managing budgets for store supplies and deliveries, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining brand standards.

* Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and suggest solutions to streamline operations for future store openings

* Identify and address demand variances, gaps, and potential risks

* Evaluate constraints and communicate with Operations teams and Client Services to resolve issues.

* Replies to all inquiries regarding the account in a timely manner

* Communicates with the account on new programs and services

* Reports periodically on business performance, status, and trends to the assigned account

* Reviews account-specific P&L (Profit and Loss) statement

YOUR PROFILE

* BS degree preferred or a minimum of 4 years of experience.

* Previous Managerial or supervisor experience

* Capable of realizing, interpreting, and developing account growth

* Read, create, analyze, and interpret financial reports, legal documents, pricing agreements, and other relevant documentation

* Analyze problems, detect root causes, and resolve all issues
