Overview

Kimley-Horn's Harrisburg, PA office is seeking a Construction Engineer/Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to join their Data Center team! This is not a remote position and will require regular travel to project sites in Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Responsibilities

+ Site visits

+ E&S compliance inspections with documentation

+ Close outs: punch walks, as-builts, EPS Coordination, etc.

+ Respond to RFI's and submittals

+ Join OAC calls

+ Coordinate with client construction team, CM, GC, site subcontractors, third party reviewers, etc.

+ Assist in field revision design/coordination

+ This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of engineers and designers on a variety of projects

+ You will flourish on both building meaningful internal and external professional relationships

+ You will work closely and collaboratively with other industry leading professionals, various jurisdictions, and contractors

Qualifications

+ 8+ years of relevant engineering construction engineering experience in some combination of industrial, institutional, manufacturing, commercial, renewable energy, power generation, and data center projects

+ Experience with E&S compliance inspections, documentation, punch walks, and close out efforts with general contractors and owners

+ Experience responding to RFI's and submittals

+ Familiar with coordinating with clients, attending client meetings, and overseeing quality standards

+ Professional Engineering (P.E.) License is a plus

+ CPESC preferred or ability to obtain

+ NPDES and PennDOT close out experience is a plus

+ Must be a US citizen to conduct the work required of this role
