Position Summary:
Decisive Point Consulting Group (DPCG) seeks an experienced OAB Integrator / Analyst to support the DISA J-3/5/7 Directorate’s Operational Assessment Branch (OAB). This role supports the integration and analysis of operational data, mission performance metrics, and command and control (C2) dependencies to inform campaign plans, NetOps decision-making, and cyber readiness posture. The OAB Integrator / Analyst will work across Joint Planning Groups (JPGs), Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), and mission partners to provide visibility into key operational trends and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
Essential Functions:
+ Integrate and analyze data from multiple operational systems to support enterprise-level C2 situational awareness and operational assessments.
+ Facilitate the ingestion, normalization, and correlation of data from NetOps feeds, C2 platforms, and planning tools to identify risks, trends, and capability gaps.
+ Support the production of Operational Assessment Reports, Campaign Plan Effectiveness Reports, and Readiness Briefings to inform senior DISA leadership.
+ Provide operational insight to support the development of strategic and operational plans, including the alignment of cyber performance indicators with JPP-informed objectives.
+ Coordinate with system owners, data stewards, and mission partners to ensure that reporting products reflect accurate and current operational conditions.
+ Identify opportunities for process automation and data visualization using dashboards and common analytic platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Kibana).
+ Translate complex operational data into clear findings, risk alerts, and recommendations that inform C2 resiliency and NetOps decision cycles.
Required Qualifications:
+ Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
+ Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or a related field
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Department of Defense operational assessments, C2 analysis, or cyber readiness initiatives
+ Strong understanding of Joint operational planning processes, campaign assessments, and mission effectiveness evaluation
+ Experience working with enterprise monitoring, NetOps, or cyber defense data in an operational planning or analysis environment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with analytic tools or data platforms (e.g., Excel Power Query, Power BI, SQL, Splunk)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous experience supporting DISA, USCYBERCOM, or JFHQ-DODIN operational analysis or planning functions
+ Familiarity with APEX, GCCS-J, JPES, and JOPP/JPP integration frameworks
+ Understanding of DODIN transport architecture, cybersecurity policy, and C2 integration challenges
+ Experience drafting high-impact executive summaries and assessment reports for General Officer/Senior Executive audience
