What You'll Do
As an Analyst on our Direct Lending team, you’ll assist in the due diligence, credit underwriting, execution, and portfolio monitoring of private debt investments.
Areas of focus include, but not limited to:
+ Conduct due diligence including company & industry research, cash flow modeling, financial and data room analysis to determine the creditworthiness of prospective borrowers
+ Assist in the preparation of credit memos and present the underwriting results and recommendations to an investment committee
+ Interact with various stakeholders, including equity sponsors, company management teams (c-suite), investment bankers, sponsor coverage, credit professionals, legal counsels and operations personnel
+ Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, including on-going compliance with credit agreements and internal policies
+ Ensure portfolio data is accurate, timely, and complete to ensure strong quality and reporting capabilities
Additional Responsibilities may include:
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues as they arise and achieve goals
+ Participate in internal initiatives to ensure the business is well-managed and operates efficiently
Who You Are
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (minimum of 3.50 GPA)
+ 1+ years’ experience in direct lending or leveraged finance.
+ Experience constructing leveraged buyout models.
+ Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, evaluate large sets of data and formulate conclusions.
+ Must be able to understand basic accounting principles and economic theory, interpret financial statements, and efficiently and effectively research, compile and analyze information.
+ Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
+ Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
+ Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
+ Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
+ Highly motivated and intellectually curious and open-minded individuals
+ Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
+ This position may be subject to SEC restrictions on personal political contributions.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$109200 - $135000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments
This role offers the ability for in-office or four days in-office and one day remote. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
