    Overview:

    JHNA is seeking a talented Senior Aviation Military Analyst to support our government customer within the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE) at Fort Rucker, AL. This work will provide the Aviation Capability Development and Integration Directorate (A-CDID) support for Army Capability Managers (ACMs), Reconnaissance and Attack (R/A), UAS, and Concepts Experimentation and Analysis Directorate (CEAD) Experimentation and Modernization activities.

    Roles/Responsibilities:

    + Provide technical assessments of Army Aviation weapons/launchers

    + Author/review JCIDS documentation for munitions/armament integration

    + Assess force design impacts of advanced weapon systems

    + Analyze effectiveness of seeker/fuse/warhead technologies

    + Support test planning for armament system demonstration

    + Lead technology assessments and cost-benefit studies

    + Coordinate working groups focused on munitions innovation

    + Align weapons systems analysis with modernization goals

    + Document lessons learned and support CONOPS development

    Required Qualifications:

    + SECRET clearance required

    + 15+ years experience in flight/combat aviation

    + SIP in attack aircraft; Staff course completion required

    + Deep experience in Hydra 70, HELLFIRE, and aviation weapons integration

    + CBA and JCIDS participation expected
