    **St. Anthony’s Resource Center - Outpatient Rehabilitation Center** , conveniently located in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, offers a comprehensive range of outpatient rehabilitation services for adults and adolescents. Our highly skilled acute therapy team specializes in sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, post-surgical limitations and other conditions affecting mobility and quality of life.

     

    We are seeking a licensed and compassionate **Physical Therapist** with specialized training in **pelvic** health to join our outpatient team. The **Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist** will assess and treat individuals experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, helping them restore function, alleviate pain, and improve quality of life through evidence-based interventions.

    Pelvic Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

    + Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.

    + Treat a variety of conditions including urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, postpartum recovery, diastasis recti, and sexual dysfunction.

    + Provide care for diverse populations including women, men, and non-binary individuals across the lifespan.

    + Educate patients on pelvic floor anatomy, proper body mechanics, behavioral modifications, and home exercise programs.

    + Collaborate with referring providers, OB/GYNs, urologists, gastroenterologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

    + Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with clinic, insurance, and legal standards.

    + Stay current with continuing education in pelvic health and contribute to the development of best practices within the clinic.

    **Requirements** :

    + Required BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + Required PT (Physical Therapy)

    + Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain

    + Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months

    + Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy

    + Preferred 1-year Physical Therapist
