Job Description
Responsibilities Summary
+ Responsible for building reports and dashboards that focus on accurately and comprehensively capturing risk issues
+ Collaborate with colleagues to automate risk processes and drive operational excellence
+ Review manual risk test scripts to identify automation opportunities including but not limited to process improvements to achieve time and cost savings for repetitive or time-consuming workflows
+ Own and maintain risk data sets and meta data used for risk reporting
+ Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action
+ Interprets data and analyze results using various statistical techniques and tools
+ Presents data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations and make data driven decisions
+ Ensures all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
+ Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
+ Prior experience or training in business risk, preferably within a large financial institution
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data and translate it into actionable insights
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies like SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau, or similar platforms
+ Familiarity with software tools like nCino, AFS, ALS, Hogan, Archer, Leap etc. to effectively build data flows would be a big plus
+ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
+ Demonstrated project management skills
+ Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to navigate diverse stakeholders from product, tech, analytics and risk
_The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days._

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,530.00 - $101,800.00
