**Duties:** Accountable for product development, behavioral and client feedback data, and business planning to help drive and contribute to the digital Accounts Experiences and help craft the future of Schwab Digital.Responsible for leading the transaction history, statements, tax dashboard, and realized gain/loss experiences. Aid in the management and collaboration of cross channel client experiences while also promoting and supplying data for insights-driven development across digital platforms and experiences. Gathering and synthesizing client feedback and pain points, assess analytics and competitive environment, industry trends to enhance the client experience. Develop and implementation a plan by working with a team to determine technical feasibility and sequencing dependencies. Lead the generation of new ideas based on market analytics and interactions with stakeholders, clients, and prospects. Partner with UX to create web and mobile designs and experiences. Champion Agile methodologies in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story preparation and demos.

What you have
**Job Requirements:** Bachelor’s in Software Engineering or related field and 60 months of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience. Experience must include 60 months of experience in each of the following skills: Responsive web and mobile app development; Jira and Confluence applications; Adobe Analytics; Splunk; Java script and Web Driver I/O; Swagger; and JAW and Axe Dev Tools.
We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
