    As a Lead Medical Assistant, you’ll support both patients and providers by preparing for office visits, managing clinical workflows, and ensuring accurate documentation. You’ll also help coordinate communication, prioritize tasks, and promote a positive, efficient care environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Prepare exam and treatment rooms and ensure patients are ready for exams or minor procedures

    + Escort patients, obtain medical history, and document vital signs and relevant information in the EMR

    + Serve as a scribe during exams, accurately recording provider-patient interactions

    + Process lab and diagnostic results, ensuring timely review and documentation

    + Coordinate patient flow and collaborate with front desk staff to maintain efficiency

    + Assist with scheduling, phone calls, and administrative support as needed

    + Promote quality care through attention to detail and patient-centered service

    What You Bring

    + **Education** : High school diploma or equivalent (required)

    + **Experience** : Minimum of 6 months in a clinical setting (required)

    + **Preferred** : Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting; National Certification a plus

    + Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills

    + A commitment to teamwork and delivering excellent patient care
