What You’ll Do
+ Provide a positive, patient-centered experience from the first phone call to the end of the visit
+ Learn and navigate physician billing software with confidence
+ Accurately enter patient data and maintain up-to-date records
+ Manage physician schedules and coordinate appointments
+ Answer incoming calls, verify insurance, and collect co-pays
+ Support clinical and administrative teams as needed
What You Bring
+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)
+ Experience in a medical office or billing department (preferred)
+ Familiarity with medical terminology and patient billing (preferred)
+ Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
+ A friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first attitude
