    Description:

    _Position Purpose:_

    + The ADAS team lead will provide immediate safety and Risk Assessments for persons served.

    + Will also provide the following services: psycho-educational groups, crisis intervention, immediate risk assessment, case management support, transition/discharge planning and follow-up.

    + Wwill prepare admission documentation for the daily treatment team meeting and support Supervisor in monthly statistical reports including staff scheduling.

    + Will rotate on call duties and delegate daily shift assignments

    _What You Will Do:_

    + Assist with scheduling of employees, ensuring all shifts are covered

    + Perform duties as a clinician and have experience to complete walk-in process and admission criteria

    + Support and encourage coworkers

    + Cover one week a month of on-call duty for the CRC and ADAS unit (additional compensation)

    _Minimum Qualifications:_

    + Master’s Degree in Human/Social Services and 2 years of related experience (with preferably one year in a leadership position of either supervising others and/or leading a team) OR Bachelor’s degree in Human/Social Services and 4 years of related experience (with preferably one year in a leadership position of either supervising others and/or leading a team).

    + Valid Driver’s License required and ability to drive an organization vehicle

    + Pre-Employment Physical/TB

    + Pre-Employment Drug Screen

    + Act 33/34/73 clearances

    + Psychiatric Residential setting experienced preferred.
