As an Operations Manager, you'll lead our crews to ensure every installation meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer care.     Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

     

    + Lead and manage each of our 3-person crews, providing coaching and support.

    + Conduct quality assurance checks in the field to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

    + Collaborate with sales and service teams to maintain alignment between proposals and installations.

    + Resolve escalations quickly and professionally, serving as a field-level problem solver.

     

    Qualifications: What You Offer

     

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of people management experience, ideally in construction or field operations.

    + Passion for people development and hands-on coaching.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively, while responding quickly to operational challenges.

    + Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
