    What You'll Be Doing

    + Lead strategic planning processes and drive organic improvement initiatives across the organization.

    + Identify, evaluate, and manage mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

    + Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership and develop business cases for investment opportunities.

    + Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams through due diligence, negotiations, and integration planning.

    + Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic opportunities aligned with corporate goals.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred with at least 15 years of relevant experience.

    + Strong background in strategic planning, M&A, and business development within industrial or manufacturing sectors.

    + Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

    + Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

    + Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at an executive level.

    Work Environment

    This role is based in a corporate office setting with occasional travel to regional sites and industry events. It requires close collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across North America.
