    What You'll Be Doing

    + Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of quarry equipment and machinery

    + Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance

    + Support safe and efficient operation of crushers, conveyors, and mobile equipment

    + Participate in training programs to build mechanical knowledge and skills

    + Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

    + Ability to work safely in a physically demanding, outdoor environment

    + Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems

    + Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills

    + Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime as needed

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

    + Must meet all legal requirements to work in the U.S.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands

    + Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)

    + Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces

    + Manual dexterity needed for handling tools and equipment

    + Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods

    + Visual and auditory ability to detect equipment malfunctions and safety hazards

    + Starting Pay $22.63 per hour DOE
