**Additional Information:** This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Avion Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profitability.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
