    Now Hiring: Branch Director – Home Care (Camden, NJ) | Build From the Ground Up

     

    Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)

     

    Salary: $90,000–$105,000/year + Performance Incentives

    This is not your average director role. We need someone who’s already connected in the South Jersey market and is eager to build a branch from the ground up. Your leadership plus your network equals our next success story.

    What You'll Do

    + Lead the launch and growth of our new Camden branch

    + Use your existing network of contacts to source new business and drive referrals

    + Manage day-to-day operations and support a passionate care team

    + Ensure top-quality care while meeting performance goals

    + Be the go-to leader for patients, staff, and referral partners

    What We’re Looking For

    + 2+ years in management (home care or healthcare preferred)

    + 1+ year in Personal Care/Home Health required

    + Must come with an established book of business or referral relationships

    + Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health care guidelines

    + A true people leader—motivational, positive, and team-focused

    + Must have reliable transportation
