    BJC is seeking a Program Manager for D2E Wellbeing. Ideal candidates should possess 5 years of experience in Population Health Management and 3 years in people leadership. The role entails running and interpreting reports. While primarily remote, occasional travel within the St. Louis area to engage with clients is required.

    The **BJC Managed Care** department includes multiple functions such as managed care contracting, financial analysis, systems and operations, value-based care and payment programs, payor and provider relations, and direct to employer solutions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Role Purpose

     

    Completes development and implementation of BJC HealthSolutions Wellbeing Program. Involves working closely with vendors, customer/employer/members, and other BJC departments and organizations in order to present a comprehensive Wellbeing program to BJC HealthSolution employers. Directs the operational and outcome performance of each employer’s wellbeing programs including engagement, employer metrics to national benchmarks and growth and trend in population health.

    Responsibilities

    + Establish and maintain wellbeing program plans for each employer.

    + Define and Refine reports and touch bases with employers to communicate.

    + Track and trend metrics and key performance indicators of the wellbeing program.

    + Create, develop and maintain (with vendor support) employer’s wellbeing portal.

    + Organize various wellbeing events such as and not limited to biometric screening, wellbeing fairs, and targeted programs.
