How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Assist with reviewing FAA response letters.
+ Work with various divisions to ensure corrective actions are provided and implemented.
+ Logging FAA Safety Assurance letters into Quality Assurance database (QualityNet).
+ Provide continuous improvement ideas for processing and tracking FAA letters.
+ Assist with internal evaluations and developing continuous improvements
Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution.
+ At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale.
+ Must be able to work on a full-time basis for 3 alternating semesters: **Spring 2026, Fall 2026, and Summer 2027.**
+ This position requires student to work for 3 alternating semesters. Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters.
+ Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the Co-op.
+ Working as a Co-op/Intern does not guarantee a full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation. This position is intended to provide educational and professional work experience to prepare the student for the workforce.
+ Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ Must be self-sufficient and complete assignments with minimal supervision
+ Must be detail-oriented and perform well under pressure
+ Must be eager to accept responsibility and create value-added projects
+ Must demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
+ Must demonstrate a professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization
+ Must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

+ Knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus
