Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a Midstream Oil & Gas client located in the Woodlands or Longmont Colorado. This person must be detail-oriented, high-energy candidate to support a major P2P testing project the organization is currently working on. This admin-focused role centers on purchase order (PO) data entry and support, relieving the senior buyers and enabling efficient turnaround during a fast-paced initiative. This opportunity is about 3 months in length and will have this person in the office M,T, TH with the option of working from home Wednesdays and Fridays. The work schedule will be 9 hour days Monday-Thursday and a 4 hour day Fridays. Each Data Entry Specialist will be supporting 2 Buyers simultaneously.

Skills and Requirements
HS Diploma required
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Fast learner with proficiency in computer systems
Background check and drug screening required Excel skills preferred
Experience with SAP procurement modules is a major plus
Any ERP experience is a plus
Previous Supply Chain exp null
