Job Description

Insight Global's client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. This person will

will serve as a strategic leader within the IT Delivery Program, overseeing a portfolio of infrastructure and modernization projects. They will ensure that all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with brand standards and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborating closely with IT Product Teams, Construction, New Building, Refurbishment, and other Brand Operating departments, they will integrate business, user, and technical requirements into cohesive project plans. This role will also support the development of project scope, budget estimates, and change evaluations, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders such as Operations, Design, Procurement, and Brand Product Development, as well as with external vendors and partners. This person will be required to travel 30% internationally to the project sites.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of program management.

Hospitality industry experience (cruise, airline, resort, hotel, theme park, etc.)

Experience working with budgets of 50M  Experience working on projects from conception to completion.

Bilingual - English and Spanish PMP certification or relevant project management certifications.
