Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to add an Azure BI Developer to their team to sit fully remote in India. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business intelligence needs and translate them into actionable insights. Your day will involve analyzing large and complex datasets using SQL and Databricks to uncover trends and patterns that inform decision-making. You will design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, ensuring they are both visually compelling and performance optimized. Leveraging Azure services such as Data Factory and Synapse Analytics, youll build and maintain robust data pipelines. A key part of your responsibilities will be to validate data accuracy, perform QA checks, and document your processes thoroughly. Your strong analytical mindset will be essential in transforming raw data into meaningful narratives that drive business outcomes.

This position will pay between 9 - 12 Laks Per Annual depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements

Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights

Databricks: Experience with notebooks, data engineering, and Delta Lake

SQL: Advanced querying, performance tuning, and data modeling

Tableau: Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Online

Azure Services: Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics

Data Integration Tools: Tableau Prep, DAX Studio, Tabular Editor

DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, GitHub

QA & Optimization: Tableau Performance Recorder, Analyze in Excel Experience with Power BI is a plus

Familiarity with Azure ADO CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of ARM Templates

Exposure to other BI tools like SAP null
