Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join their growing team in the financial industry. The ideal candidate must be an Excel savvy, driven, and hard-working individual who is eager to learn and grow within a company. This is a very detail oriented and data heavy role. Responsibilities are included below:

Verify data by comparing it to source documents

Update existing data

Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Inputting data information into database systems accurately.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

Previous working experience as an Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk or Data Entry Clerk

In depth Excel experience

Detail oriented and excellent communication

Attention to detail Merchant Cash Advance Experience null
