• Hybrid Change Manager

    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Change Manager to lead and deliver Enterprise Change Management for Digital Transformation initiatives at a leading Oil & Gas client. This role will focus on large-scale Supply Chain transformation projects using Agile methodologies.

    The Senior Change Manager will:

    Independently create and execute actionable deliverables such as:

    Change management plans

     

    Impact assessments

     

    Communications plans

     

    Training plans

     

    Act as the Change Manager on assigned projects

     

    Consult and coach business and IT teams on change management frameworks and practices

     

    Guide teams through standard and specialized change management activities to support adoption of new ways of working

     

    Raise awareness and capability of business unit leaders in change management

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments

     

    Develop and track success metrics (readiness, sponsorship, engagement)

     

    Facilitate workshops (focus groups, conceptual design, process mapping)

     

    Collaborate with Corporate Communications to execute communication strategies

     

    Support user/vendor forums and document issues

     

    Assist with role mapping and process flow documentation

     

    Deliver training and support content development

    Skills and Requirements

     

    15+ years of technology change management experience supporting efforts within Digital Transformation

     

    10+ years of experience at an Oil & Gas company is required

    Full Digital Transformation project lifecycle experience within Supply Chain, specifically for:

    Supplier 360

     

    3rd Party Logistics Projects

    SAP

    PROSCI Change Management Certification or CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional)

     

    Strong communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and leadership levels under Agile methodology

     

    Experience developing and executing communication strategies/plans using multiple channels with feedback mechanisms

    Background in training and development, including:

    Training needs assessments

     

    Strategy development (channels, frequency, feedback)

     

    Curriculum creation, content curation, and delivery

    Instructional design and educational psychology null
