Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automation Integrator to join our team in Carlsbad, NM. The Automation Integrator to execute the field implementation and commissioning of PLC programs for new and existing assets in the Delaware Basin. Programs are developed by a dedicated engineering team; your focus will be loading those programs, validating every control loop, and confirming full functionality in partnership with Automation Specialists. Its a 5/2 schedule

Skills and Requirements
High school diploma or GED; associate degree or technical certificate in automation, instrumentation, or electronics is preferred
Three or more years of experience commissioning or maintaining PLC-based control systems in oil and gas, petrochemical, or similar heavy industry
Demonstrated ability to interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, and PLC I/O wiring diagrams
Working knowledge of Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, CompactLogix, or comparable platforms
Solid understanding of analog and discrete instrumentation, power distribution, and industrial networking
Strong problem solving skills and clear written documentation habits
Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather, climb ladders, and lift up to fifty pounds null
