Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing manager to lead the development and implementation of our marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a senior marketing professional who thrives as an individual contributor and is eager to roll up their sleeves to drive growth, brand awareness, and lead generation.

You will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy across all channels, managing campaigns end-to-end, and serving as the internal marketing expert for the organization

Compensation:

$90,000to $120,000.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Compensation:

$80,000 to $110,000.

Skills and Requirements

6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic role

Proven ability to execute both high-level strategy and hands-on implementation

Strong writing and content development skills

Profi ciency in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.

Experience in B2B environments, retail, logistics, or physical product industries is a plus

Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and drive measurable results null
