    Park View Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring a detailed oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our dedicated team.     As a Scheduling Coordinator at Park View Assisted Living, you’ll be responsible for coordinating staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent care for our residents. You’ll collaborate with department leaders and team members to fill shifts, track time-off requests, and maintain accurate staffing records.  We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, communicates well and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Position Type:  Full-Time

     

    Shifts Available:  Day

     

    Wage Range: $21 - $28 / hour depending on experience

    Scheduling Coordinator responsibilities:

    + Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department.

    + Interview candidates for open caregiver positions.

    + Track continuing educational programs for staff.

    + Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours.

    + Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms.

    + Fill in as Caregiver as needed.

    Scheduler/ Staffing Coordinator skills and requirements:

    + 6+months – 1-year prior staffing/scheduling experience highly preferred.

    + Must have flexibility in scheduling including on-call hours.

    + Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

    + Ability to maintain confidential information.

    + Excellent customer service skills
