About The Role:
As a CBRE Investment Sales Consultant, you will conduct a variety of research and evaluations for the development of deliverables focused on commercial real estate strategies for clients.
This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.
What You'll Do:
+ Design, generate, review, and understand processes and reports related to the industry.
+ Prepare and present data research for projects and programs, along with their relative impact on the business. Provide recommendations and alternate courses of action as options.
+ Lead all aspects of the coordination and implementation of strategic platform strategies.
+ Work with clients, lenders, and government agencies to complete tasks.
+ Assist in business development opportunities, helping the team with marketing efforts for new or existing clients.
+ Perform asset underwriting duties to complete materials with due diligence request, tracking, and review. Examples include complete lease review and abstracting, income statement and budget review, expense recovery methodology and reconciliation, and more.
+ Assist in preparation and coordination of financial analysis for offering materials applied in asset disposition assignment. Examples include pro forma cash flows, presentation rent rolls, and financial assumption sections for offering memoranda.
+ Participate in pitch presentations, buyer tours for actively marketed deals, client events, and market tours.
+ Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of own job subject area and broad knowledge of several job fields within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
What You'll Need:

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Underwriting experience preferred.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Desire to take a fresh opinion on existing solutions.
+ Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an inquisitive approach.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
