Our client, a leading organization in the risk management sector, is seeking a Risk Business Analyst to join their team. As a Risk Business Analyst, you will be part of the Risk Management Department supporting various technology and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Risk Business Analyst

**Location:** Plano, TX/Charlotte, NC/Kennesaw, GA(Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?

+ Lead the management of risk, audit, and targeted assessments for Business Controls Executives.

+ Partner with leadership and teams to support a culture of risk identification and timely mitigation.

+ Perform impact assessments and identify root causes to drive risk reduction in technology teams.

+ Monitor the health of audit issues throughout their lifecycle, including action plan development.

+ Produce executive-level presentations in PowerPoint under tight deadlines.

What's Needed?

+ 5+ years of experience with advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

+ 3+ years of experience in audit, exam management, and/or compliance.

+ Understanding of technology controls and control frameworks.

+ Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.

+ Strong project management and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
