Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking an Instructional Designer Program Manager to join their team. As an Instructional Designer Program Manager, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting various training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong project management experience, and proficiency in content publishing, which will align successfully in the organization.

Instructional Designer Program Manager

100% Remote

18 Month Contract

$58-$60/hour

What's the Job?

+ Communicate with community leads to understand their training needs.

+ Connect with Product Group (PG) personnel to gather training content and set expectations.

+ Follow up with PG teams to ensure timely content preparation.

+ Work with the Learning and Development team to formalize content for publication in Cloud Academy.

+ Coordinate training sessions to ensure they meet the needs of both trainers and trainees.

What's Needed?

+ 8-10 years of overall experience in project management and coordination.

+ 2+ years of instructional design experience

+ Experience with Rise/Articulate and publishing content to learning portals (5-8 years).

+ Proficiency in preparing presentations and decks (5-7 years).

+ Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate and conduct training sessions.
