**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Supervisor

Join a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Oversee the facility’s Food Safety and Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and certification requirements.

+ Train, mentor, and assess performance of Quality technicians in QA/QC methodologies and food safety practices.

+ Maintain and improve the site’s FSMA-compliant Food Safety Plan, including hazard analysis and preventive controls.

+ Conduct global regulatory compliance assessments and lead risk assessments for non-conformances.

+ Support internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and audit readiness.

What's Needed?

+ B.S. in Food Science, Technology, Engineering, Biological Science, or related field.

+ 4 – 6 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of food safety principles.

+ Certifications: SQF Practitioner, HACCP, and PCQI certification are required.

+ Strong understanding of FDA/USDA regulations, FSMA, and GFSI standards.

+ Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
