    Hubbell in Arden, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient product handling and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

     

    **Job Title:** Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

    **Location:** Arden, NC

    **Pay Range:** $17.83/hr

    **Shift:** 1st Shift - Mon - Fri 7 am - 3:30 pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform operations to load and unload freight efficiently.

    + Move products to storage areas using appropriate material handling equipment.

    + Accurately build customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct packing.

    + Operate all material handling equipment safely and perform daily inspections.

    + Maintain a clean and orderly work area while promoting safety practices.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.

    + Knowledge of appropriate handling, safety, and warehouse standards.

    + Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions in English.
