Our client, a leader in the finance sector, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. As a Finance Manager, you will be part of the finance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Finance Manager

**Location:** Jonesboro, AR

**Contract** : 3 Months (Extension possible)

**Pay Range:** $100.00 - $135.00 hourly (W2 only)

**Hours** : 30hrs per week

What's the Job?

+ The Lead Finance Employee on Site, contributing to driving the financial performance of the site together with the leadership team.

+ Lead the annual business planning process, forecasts, and actual reporting.

+ Provide financial expertise and challenge on ad hoc projects, ensuring robust financial assessments.

+ Monitor all Cost Controlling activities performed by colleagues in Supply Chain Financial Services.

+ Play a vital role in the finance community, developing relationships to drive performance improvements and sharing best practices.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.

+ Minimum five years of relevant work experience.

+ Strong leadership skills with prior experience in Supply Chain Finance preferred.

+ ERP experience required; SAP preferred.

+ Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
