    Position: Designer (Web, Packaging, Graphic, Digital)

     

    Duration: 06+ Months Contract

     

    Pay Range: $50-$52.38/hr on W2, 40Hrs/Week

    MUST HAVE:

    BEAUTY/FRAGRANCE/FASHION industry experience as a designer

     

    Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

    Qualifications:

    • Education:

     

    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

     

    • Experience: professional graphic design experience, preferably within the beauty industry or experience creating packaging design

    **• Portfolio:** A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics. Shows design process and how to solve problems in a creative way.

    • Technical Proficiency:

    • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential).

    • Proficiency in other relevant design software like Rhino and Keyshot are a plus

    • Skills:

    • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

    • Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.

    • Proactive, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.

    • A passion for the beauty industry

    • Quick learner and team player
