    **Job Title:** Commercial Concrete Foreman

    **Location:** Paducah, KY

    **Employment Type:** Full-Time (7am - 4pm)

    **Salary (DOE):** $60-70K

    A growing commercial concrete contractor in Western Kentucky is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on-site and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality concrete work. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering professional results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crews on commercial job sites

    + Interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications

    + Oversee concrete forming, placement, finishing, and curing

    + Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed

    + Manage labor, equipment, and materials to keep projects on track

    + Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and team members

    + Assist with layout, formwork, and finishing tasks when needed

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of commercial concrete experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role

    + Strong knowledge of flatwork, foundations, formwork, and structural concrete

    + Ability to read plans and perform accurate layouts

    + Familiarity with OSHA safety standards

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    + Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

    + OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
