What’s the Job?
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in developing data visualizations, dashboards, and performance reports using Power BI and related technologies. Your work will be critical in transforming raw data from existing sources into meaningful insights that guide business decisions.
This position will involve a variety of reporting tasks; both ad hoc and planned and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities
+ Design, develop, and maintain insightful and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports
+ Extract and analyze data using Kusto Query Language (KQL) from multiple sources including Cosmos DB and ADO
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective reports
+ Troubleshoot and solve complex technical and data issues independently
+ Provide ad hoc reporting and respond quickly to changing business needs
+ Conduct research and synthesize findings from various data sources to support strategic objectives
+ Maintain strong documentation and version control using Azure DevOps
What’s Needed?
+ **Power BI:** Minimum 3 years building dashboards, reports, and data models
+ **Kusto Query Language (KQL):** Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
+ **Azure DevOps (ADO):** Minimum 3 years of experience in tracking, managing, and reporting project data
+ **Cosmos DB:** Minimum 3 years of experience querying and analyzing data
+ **Problem-Solving & Project Management:** Minimum 3 years solving technical issues, managing multiple data sources, and delivering high-quality solutions (Excel proficiency also required)
Preferred Education
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (Preferred but not required with strong demonstrated skills)
