    Our client, a dynamic organization in the customer service sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant customer service department supporting various team members. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Customer Service Department Administrative Assistant

    **Location:** Fairfield, OH

    **Pay Range:** $17.40 per hour

    **Shift:** 8 hours per shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide administrative support to the department and individual team members.

    + Perform word processing, filing, and faxing tasks as needed.

    + Answer phones and receive/direct visitors in a professional manner.

    + Schedule meetings and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled.

    + Maintain financial records and assist in obtaining supplies.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.

    + Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    + Familiarity with MS Office applications.

    + Ability to work on special projects as assigned.

    + No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
