Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Finance Data Analyst to join their team. As a Finance Data Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting critical business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Finance Data Analyst

**Location:** Charlotte, NC

**Pay Range:** $50 - $55 /hr (Only W2)

What's the Job?

+ Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making.

+ Utilize Excel, SQL, and Power BI to manage and visualize complex datasets.

+ Conduct profitability calculations and assess capital performance.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven strategies.

+ Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through rigorous validation processes.

What's Needed?

+ Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

+ Experience in financial analysis, particularly in banking and income statements.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to handle multiple datasets and derive actionable insights.

+ Familiarity with Python and advanced SQL techniques is a plus.
