As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be part of the Corporate Marketing team supporting various campaigns. Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to join our Corporate Marketing team. This role is responsible for producing engaging, brand strategy-aligned content including text, images, videos, and more across multiple platforms and ensuring all assets meet quality and style standards. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of social media trends. This role also includes editing and refining content for optimal impact, along with analyzing its performance and making adjustments to maximize engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute original content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.) including images, videos, graphics, and written captions.
• Edit and optimize video and photo content for various formats and audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with campaign goals and brand voice.
• Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publishing.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and best practices to inform content strategy and boost engagement.
• Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and relevance.
• Analyze content performance and adjust creative approaches based on insights.
• Maintain brand style and tone across all social channels.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch new content ideas.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation and editing.
• Deep understanding of Instagram (posts, stories, reels), Youtube (shorts & long-form)
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific content formats and algorithms
• Portfolio of previous social media work (required).
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in photography or videography.
• Knowledge of basic SEO principles paid social media advertising, and how to use hashtags strategically for reach.
• Familiarity with tools like Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
