We are a leading staffing solutions provider, seeking a Bilingual Spanish Recruiter to join our team. As a Bilingual Spanish Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various client. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to build relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Bilingual Spanish Recruiter

**Pay Range:** $50,000–$53,000 per year

**Shift:** Full-time | 40 hours/week | (8 a.m.–5 p.m. | Flexibility

What's the Job?

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with associates and client contacts.

+ Support onboarding and check-in processes while providing ongoing communication.

+ Identify and resolve issues, acting as a liaison between associates and the client.

+ Source, place, and retain talent based on client workforce needs.

+ Be responsive and available for escalations, including occasional weekend needs.

What's Needed?

+ Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

+ Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

+ Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.

+ High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

+ Empathetic and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
